my brother has a star B and its a slick little gun, and those model supers a pretty cheap.

Long time ago I got a Star model M in 9mm largo and had a barrel made in 9x19, works flawlessly

Answer is: No. Maybe a Star B Super barrel (same type linkage) but not a regular Star B.
