I have a nice Star 1914 .32 pistol, the type that looks like a small mannlicher 1905 sort of, I know the french ordered 20K of them or so during ww1. I can't find any value ranges for them in any of my books, blue book doesn't even list them under star, or french, or izarra....

Does anyone have a ballpark value range based on condition, and does anyone know the serial number range of the french issued pistols?

Frank.

Serial numbers of French guns have been reported in the 30,952- 48,867 range, invoices show that between 1915-1918 that @ 20,000 of these were shipped to France.
