What are the opinions of the SSG-97 sniper rifle being marketed by IO?

On one hand they are very good shooters. On the other hand, there is a theory circulating that Romanians have been dumping their low quality production to US importers. Furthermore, I read somewhere that Romanian factory that was making firearms is now closed.

I chose Saiga-308 instead of PSL/Romac-3/SSG-97.

I have an SSG-97 (7.62x54) that was imported back in 2003. Mine's been great not even a hic-up out of it since I got it. I've only fed it Czech silver tip and 7N1 though and it loves them both. Good shooter. I like it.
