Having trouble with CZ USA getting parts?

I have tried e-mail, telephone and internet for getting the safety latch and spring. I can't find anyone at CZ USA to reply. (6/24/2008)

I will not defend CZUSA. However, I have ordered numerous parts from them by calling M-F 10am-3pm central time to order parts. If you want to get the gunsmith on the phone it is trickier.

All of the parts I've bought have been cheap as dirt.

I have never tried emailing them, but others who have mentioned it is unreliable and slow.
