My fundamental, individual Second Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms is essential to my personal freedom and security as a law-abiding American;Whereas:
The Obama administration has stated that its "universal background check" plan would force law-abiding gun owners like me to submit to mandatory "gun registration" as part of the enforcement requirement for such checks;Whereas:
Gun registration does not prevent crime and only empowers government officials to ban and confiscate legally-owned firearms;Therefore:
