No idea where to post this question, moderators please move it if necessary.
Looking at various auction sites, there is a real trend toward sellers NOT willing to sell to anyone in CA. Understandable as I have been reading on the web for a number of hours and cannot tell you what I just read.
1. It seems that sending a C&R rifle to a C&R holder in CA is ok.
2. Sending a C&R pistol to CA can only be done through a FFL-01
3. Sending any other firearm is punishable by death.
In simple terms what are the rules?
I just want to sell a few C&R rifles and if one of my fellow lover of old milsurp happens to live in CA is he(she) just flat out of luck?
