I have read on the forum here folks using shell holders that they modified somewhat. When I began this
7.62X38r Nagant brass (Privi) reloading a chose a Lee #19 and yes it is a slight bit loose but I have loaded perhaps a hundred rounds here and there and no problem whatsoever with the #19 Lee shell holder.

My order from Wideners of 32-20 brass and a Lee Nagant die set should arrive in a day or so and it will be interesting what shell holder that will include ? I have owned and or own many kinds of firearms that I have reloaded ammo for, but I absolutely love my Nagants, the simplicity, ease of repair, and accuracy.
I've had Lugers, P-38s, 1911s, Glocks, Colt Single Actions and more but "Tovarich Nagant" is my favorite for now....

When I got my Lee Nagant dies I contacted them and said I was reloading the 7.62x38 brass and they sent me a shell holder and seater stem. The holder works pretty good and if you use the seater stem it gives you the same type of crimp as the factory prvi round. I use the 32-20 seater because I don't want to work the brass too much but I do use the shell holder. I almost have reloading for this round worked out. Good luck

Thanks for the info. I loaded 100 rounds of converted .32-20 brass with Lee dies.

I am going to make a new seater stem as the 32-20 stem would not push the round as deep as I wanted. I think I'll be ok with this setup unless I get my hands on some factory 7.62 NR cases.

I have some original Russian surplus ammo and it does not fit any shell holder I own.
