Upper case C on a 91/30, horizontally stamped between the serial & the arsenal stamp. Larger(3/16") font than typical Soviet stamps.

I see the example on Teds site is vertical. Can they be horizontal? I passed on a 91/30 today & will go get it, if it is likely to be a Serbian property stamp.

Are there enough of these documented to be certain?
