Well i think the idea is there novelty type items.I do not think anyone thinks the Finns were using SA marked coffee cups, hats and mouse pads.Or had a SA marked clock at a command post.Than again maybe they are scarce items maybe i will grab a clock and hold on to it lol

Obviously a fake. What kind of non caring, arrogant, hater of the Mosin Nagant rifle would do such a thing? Apparently he knows NOTHING about them.

...These are the most obvious fakes I think I've ever seen.

SlimTim

I must respectfully disagree there SlimTim...that coffee mug has CLEARLY been stamped HARD with the over-sized version of the SA stamp that was produced just before the hostilities in Finland ground to a halt. It was originally meant to stamp the butt stock of captured Soviet weapons...:D

Those items were captured by the Finns right at the end of the Winter War, were stamped with the SA for later issue, were put in a warehouse and forgotten about until recently. There aren't many left and you better get some. :p

LOL!!

Thanks for the LOL!!!!

What is not commonly known is the Finns helped the confederacy in 1865 and I believe some of those blood pitted coffee mugs and mouse pads were found on Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield...

Not sure of the legality of their removal...

Thanks again for the laugh...

I will be purchasing the calendar this year!
