Found a website where totally bogus SA marked items are being sold:

These are the most obvious fakes I think I've ever seen.

Well i think the idea is there novelty type items.I do not think anyone thinks the Finns were using SA marked coffee cups,hats and mouse pads.Or had a SA marked clock at a command post.Than again maybe they are scarce items maybe i will grab a clock and hold on to it lol

These are obviously battlefield pickups. If you guys were experts you would have seen this right away. Don't pay any mind to the stains on the cup...it's not coffee....it's....blood pitting....yea...that's the ticket...blood pitting.....these were picked up at the..uh..battle of....ah...north....marietta...yea, battle of north marietta, that's the ticket.....

I must respectfully disagree there SlimTim...that coffee mug has CLEARLY been stamped HARD with the over-sized version of the SA stamp that was produced just before the hostilities in Finland ground to a halt. It was originally meant to stamp the butt stock of captured Soviet weapons...

Actually I got it from my brother who bought it from a guy whose name I don't know. Anyway some stores sell these in Finland. I also have a Suomi m/31 SMG T-shirt.

Those items were captured by the Finns right at the end of the Winter War, were stamped with the SA for later issue, were put in a warehouse and forgotten about until recently. There aren't many left and you better get some.

The capture paper is a fake! It's dated 1940 and everyone knows that Young Theodore didn't get that post until 1942.

What is not commonly known is the Finns helped the confederacy in 1865 and I believe some of those blood pitted coffee mugs and mouse pads were found on Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield...

Not sure of the legality of their removal...
