I have an non-refurbished Tula 91/30 with wire sling swivel and couple of faint stamps on the buttstock. Could it be one of the SCW rifles? Rifle is worn inside and out. Mismatch bolt, receiver, and magazine. Thank you.

The only confirmed marks that establish a Mosin as having seen SCW use are the "Made in the USSR" stamp and the "MP8 flaming bomb" stamp sometimes found on stocks. The NCL stamp visible in one of your photographs in a suspected Spanish mark though its meaning is not known. Between the NCL stamp and the sling hangers I'd be fairly confident your rifle is a SCW veteran though. Gunboards member Ithilsdorf maintains a website concerning SCW Mosin's and he'll likely be along shortly to comment.
