Looking to buy a nice Russian SKS, however everything matches but the bolt...it's forced matched. Should I let that deter me? Appreciate opinions
Thanks
EPed? If its a refrub for a good price if it is; it wouldn't bother me. I have a 1950 refurbished SKS Russian with a EPed magazine.. doesn't bother me in the least.
+1.
Also, pictures would be nice- many of us try to keep track of prices so we can give advice and also tell if we are getting a realistic deal on our own buys.
I will. Took it to the range today. Functioned fine, but shoots a little to the left. My SKS sight adjuster that I bought for my US 1917 front sight (needed to file the opening a little to fit) would not line up properly on the sight frame. Seems that the hole was not centered, so I have to file some to make it line up correctly. Didn't notice the issue until I needed to use on the SKS.
