TIGERs don't have the lightening cuts in the receivers. If it's Russian, and not a re-finished NDM-86, then the rifle could be worth $30,000-$40,000. There's a Chinese NDM-86 scope in the green metal can. That's about $400-$500. The night vision scope is around $500.

Wow. Very nice find there! Does the scope number match the number on the left side of the stock? There should also be a number on the inside of the scope mount base that matches the rifle's serial number. It may not be the original scope but still a very valuable rifle you have there.

Do you know the history of the rifle? It looks much nicer than many of the bringbacks I've seen. Usually they are all scratched up from heavy use. They sometimes have replacement handguards as a result.
