We often call that "Blue Box Match."

It is the second level of competition ammunition made back in the USSR's days of serious big bore rifle competition and is second only to "Yellow Box Extra."

Both are extremely accurate and precision loaded, with "Extra" being hardest to find and slightly more accurate.

Graf's used to sell "Match" like you have for about $12 a box. I have a few tins which I use for accuracy standard testing of my "new" old Mosins.
