I would call Classic Arms and send that TT-33 right back. Why should you have to fix your own gun? I've got three Toks and have never had any problems with them. Send it back. But if you prefer to remove the mag catch, you'll need a home made tool...basically a nail or metal rod with a "V" filed in one end. Use this tool to unlock the split end of the mag catch...then use a drift or punch of a smaller diameter to drive it out. Remove the catch button and spring out towards the left. Take the mag catch off toward the right. Send it back!
