Slight thread necromancy here, but I contacted Century about this a couple weeks ago and they said they were hoping it would be available "next quarter." Their Ukrainian supplier is in Lugansk, which is one of the main centers of separatist activity in that country, so unless the 7.62x25 is made in Romania or Bosnia I think that might be optimistic.
