It should have a threaded hole under the woodline. It may be plugged or welded. Mine is open in this pic. It's under the Finn added serial number.

I just think finding a receiver dated in the first year of production is pretty dang cool.

Maybe Ted will have an idea why it doesn't have a hole. That's got me scratching my head.
