Re: My Reference Books Post.

I need further help on a Mauser reference book. In my search for Backbone of the Wehrmacht by Richard D. Law, I have found what appears to be two(2) different books by him with nearly the same title on different web sites.

One is titled:
Backbone of the Wehrmacht.

The other is titled:
Backbone of the Wehrmacht The German K98k rifle 1934-1945.

My question is; Are these two different books ?

This has NOTHING to do with his book on Sniper Rifles, which I know is a seperate work.

Thank You.

I believe those two are the same book, just shortened by the first seller. Law did come out with a followup on sniper rifles, whole seperate book. You should get both, as they have a lot of information. There have been some critisims of some of his assumptions and pictures, but still a good start. Skid

Thanks Guys.
Being a newcomer, I wasn't really knowlegeable on all the reference books available.
Just wasn't sure if these were two completely different books or one just a revised edition of the original.
I'll do more homework.
