Laid a RC Large font bnz 43 away. It is serial number 2209 no suffix. All my other RC's I've left the shellac intact but this one begs to be cleaned. It looks like it has some great tiger stripe with L marked stock stampings in good shape. The butt plate and bayo lug match the serial on the bottom of the stock. I guess I just want to be sure that DA and a rag is the best way to clean it off without damage. Pics in about $200

I had one similar to yours. I cleaned it up with DA and it looks really good. It was a WaA26 all matching luftwaffe proof stock. The Stock markings were pretty worn, but still was kinda neat to get an RC stock like this. The above mentioned stock was mated by the Russians with an old S/147 receiver/barrel, really nice RC.
