I'd think so. The inscription within the triangle reads "1. Sorte CO.." which means "1. Quality CO.." - the last character after "CO" is illegible, so I don't know for what this CO... stands. Then comes "Freiberger Lederwerke Freiberg/Sachsen" (i.e. "Freiberg Leather Works Freiberg/Saxonia") and the date "30. März 1948" (March 30, 1948).

Found out that this CO.. has to be read as Russian "COPT" (cyrillic characters - transliterated "SORT") - meaning "sort" or "quality".

So this triangle stamp simply stands for "1. Quality" - written both in German and Russian language.

I think so. But for a Soviet one also, since these items (sling and pouches) were delivered from East Germany to the Soviet Union as reparations after the war.
