There should be a two digit date on the side of the trigger guard.
Questions on a Roth Steyr Model 1907
I just acquired a Roth-Steyr as part of trade. It certainly is ranks high in the "Ugly Pistol" competition. I have a few questions. The pistol was my by Steyr and is marked Waffenfabrik Steyr on the top of the frame. The serial number is 2635k. Just how early was this pistol made?
The right grip has a metal disk and is marked "12 FK 701". I assume this is unit mark. Can anyone identify the unit?
