hello!

i´ve 2 gewehr 98 receivers and some questions.
the one is a post ww1 polish used spandau 1916 stern one with the "z in the triangle" mark.
the other one is a normal imperial gewehr 98 one, but it has no manufacturer marking, just a S on the top.
so my questions: - are polish receivers rare?
- what could the other one be?

on this receiver next to 1916 is a smaller number.
a 15.
but should´nt it be the other way round?
a big 1915 with a small 16??
