Is this milsurp ammo from the 80's or 90's only ? Was any made in the 70's ?

All of it I've owned and fired through the years has been 1980's. I would think they would have made it in other decades as well but I can't say for certain.

Yes, had a whole case of 76 dated stuff not long ago. Looked the same, but boxes not taped shut.
