Do they all have the blued receivers or where there some made with the receivers in the white?

1909 rifles and carbines recievers and bolts are in the white. Bolt release is blued.

M1909 Rifles White and Blued.

DWM-made M1909 Rifles and Carbines/Musketoons were originally delivered with bolts and receivers "in the White"
The 1947-era FMAP Argentine-built copies of the M1909 were Blued, as were some number of refurbished DWM M1909.

So both White and Blued argys may be original, according to type and maker.
