A board member suggested I post my question on this forum & perhaps get a better response. I picked up these tabs recently at a local antique store. The little note attached to them states "Austria". Is this were they're from, and if so, what are they for? Also, do they have any value? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks,
Cliff

Those are collar tabs for an Austrian Oberstleutnant (Lt. Colonel), but I don't recognize the collar device behind the stars--it's not Imperial, so it may be from the post-civil war 1st Republic (1934-38). Can't really give you a value without a positive ID on the collar emblem; if they were WWI-era, I say they were worth around $50.
