I just inherited a Browning 20-ga over under shotgun from my family's estate in Virginia and I am trying to figure out what type it was an when it was made--
Serial number is: 48975V8
Made in Belgium, plastic heel
On one side of barrel it says:
- Special steel 20-GA shells 2 3/4" AND 3"
Patents are a little worn but this is my best guess:
