Anyone shoot Prvi partizan?

Is it boxer or berdan primered? Is it corrosive? Is it reloadable?

I never heard of it til recently and looks cheaper than other commercial ammo

I've shot quite a bit in 7.62x54r and a small amount of 7.5x55. Both performed quite well, the 180 gr. s.p. in x54r is my favorite hunting load in that round. It is boxer primed and noncorrosive, and the brass is of excellent quality for reloading.

Thanks guys.

Finally a commercial ammo that isn't an arm & a leg.. (for now).

Cheapest I found so far is ammunition to go..

Know anyone lower? Or anyone with 8mm in stock? Finding everything I need but the 8mm

Apparently, the people down at stars and stripes tell me it doesn't stretch enough to be a good reloading round... However, prevailing opinion is it reloads well. I find the ammo is the cheapest out there save for milsurp or steel cased stuff, accurate, relatively clean, and non corrosive. I have used their 7.62x54R, .303 brit, 9x19 and 7.62x25. I have found my two groove rifled No. 4 enfield, even with its beat bore and cracked stock, shoots amazingly well with the 174 grain FMJBT they have. I'm waiting, probably in vain, for them to import plinking level 9x19. They get my unequivocal support for purchase.

For your other question... i know no lower, except possible igman. You can find some igman 8mm around. But not much. 8mm for now is a bit dry: I'm living off a couple hundred 70's yugos and 50's turk.

Yes it's good ammo and good for reloading. I have had no problems with the brass, trim and size. I anneal them after the first reload though. Another type of ammo to stock up on while it's still cheap.

I would compare ammuntion to go's prices with AIM. I just checked 303 and it's $12 at ammunition to go and $10 at AIM.

Privi-Partizan is top notch ammo, especially for the price. You can't beat the brass for reloading, even with the dollar-apiece Norma stuff. Gets a  in my book.

Good ammo. I use it in my 7.5 Swiss and .303 Brit, although I don't know about reloading, as I haven't gotten that far for those calibers yet. Boxer primed though so I'm saving brass.

I"m gonna be ordering some in .303 Brit once I get some cash together, lol, WAY better than what I'm spending around here 19 bucks instead of 25 bucks, lol

Good stuff as othrs have stated. I have some in 30 Carbine, including soft points. If I am correct, Priv partisan is the same outfit that sent us the Hansen ammo from Yugoslavia back in the good old days of the eighties.

Boxer, non corrosive, reloadable, good stuff!
I'll second this. Good stuff. I would shoot it in any of my firearms. I bought a couple cases and shot much of it up in the course of 2 days at a training course earlier this year in my AR15. No problems at all!

Hope it keeps getting imported!

Not all prvi ammo is boxer primed and some is corrosive. Some of the older stuff allways keep a eye on what your shooting.

You're of course, talking about the Yugo HB from the 70's, red primer sealed, stamped "nny" which is corrosive. This stuff isn't packaged as Privi-Partizan though.

I shot some of the newer 223 stuff and it worked fine in the AR. Like everything else Aim surplus had it at a somewhat decent price for 223 for a while but now it is $325 for 1K.

Right is not pack as prvi but the brass is HS with nny same as the 70s and 80s yugo 8mm.
