Please , is this Japanese ammo belt?
The mark on the brass buckles is English word -ARROW and aa arrow sign.
There seems to be a Japanese name in black ink at the back, please look at the picture.

Thanks for all these kind replies, there are five small pouches, each with the size of 2cmX5cmX8cm, very small, or about 0.78X1.97X3.15inches.
