Posted on the mauser forum, but recommended that I post here. Here is some info on this: First off, it looks most like internet pics of the 1893 Spanish. May chamber 6.5x55 ammo, but wouldn't in the shop, there was cosmoline in the chamber so it may not have been shot after being initially purchased. The bolt does not have a flat bottom which kills off the 1893 chance.
Overall length from tip to lower buttstock is 51", barrel to receiver ring is 30", and the bolt is case hardened. No markings (including importer, etc.) on the receiver, buttplate or chamber area. Serial number H2121 is marked on the left side of the chamber. There is a capital R on the underside of the straight bolt and 45 in a diamond immediately below this which I was unable to discern. Magazine did not extend below the stock. Rear straight ladder sight was graduated from 4 to 2400. The buttplate was steel, no compartment, two retaining screws. Wood was light in color with very wide grain.

Round device which was ringed on the end of the bolt, like the 1893 Spanish and the safety physically operated the bolt to the disengaged position.

With "H" as a prefix to the serial number the manufacture of your rifle was FNA Brescia. Nice gun and they shoot very well. Buona fortuna.
