I have two repro PE scopes (adjustable focus) from Accumounts as well as the Ukraine PE repro (as currently for sale on our site).
A true PEM, made after the PEs, was not adjustable for focus and was simpler than the PE. I'm not aware of a PEM replica.

Board Member Feldscher (Dmitry) had a few for sale a few years back. I have a 1940 marked PEM and it's an almost perfect copy.

The Accumounts scope uses a reticle that stays centered like a modern scope but seems to have less leeway for adjustment than the harder to find Ukrainian replica (the one with the hammer and sickle replica marks), where the reticle moves like the originals.
Both are very clear and shoot great, but I like the Ukrainian one's wider adjustment for misalignment better on rescoping hex topmounts as I never have gotten one on straight yet.
For a sidemount or a round receiver topmount the Accumounts is fine.
