[Stalin's Ghost]

I recently followed a FleaBay auction in which a Panshin, correctly identified and labeled, apparently reblued, went for $203.86.
I have one, so I didn't bid, but it gives a value these days. Hope it went to a GB member.

Some of these came in refurbed condition years ago with correct transitional dated rifles, button band, correct front sight, Panshin bayo etc. Uncommon find back in the day.

Not surprised - These bayonets are not easy to find when ya want one, then in nice shape....

Most Panshins that were imported years ago, show considerable wear....

Ah. That's because the Panshin bayonet was not designed for the Dragoon.

I thought the two hundred dollar bayo was a good deal, but I am a bit unsure of the value of an average condition Panshin. What is a fair deal for a fair condition Panshin?

I think an original is worth more than a refurb, but that's my opinion on everything these days.
