I have created some PDF forms. But does anyone know how I can post these on my site so that others can download them? Thanks in advance for any help.

"Your Google-Fu is weak!"

6.5. How do I let people download a file from my page?

Once the file is uploaded to the server, you need only use an anchor reference tag to link to it. An example would be:

<a href="../files/foo.zip">Download Foo Now! (100kb ZIP)</a>

It is possible that the server might need to be configured for some different file types. (See the next Q&A.)

I'm still lost. I can't figure out how to get the form from my computer to the site and then do all that weird code. I think I need step by step instruction on this.

You probably have two choices:
1) use their template in which case you may or may not be able to edit it
or
2) write your own code (they say they support M$ Front Page) and upload it

I think you need some down time and you might want to post a screen shot of website editing options. It is up to you which to do first.
