I didn't see any poll in any of the handgun forums either.

FWIW, while I enjoy shooting just about all firearms, I have never found anything that really beats the M1911 or 1911A1 series. I have a bunch of different pistols from flint to Glock, but I always come back to my Mk4 Series 70.
