When I saw the title of your thread I was 'gonna' tell you that you can "go to hell for lying just as well as stealing." But as my Dad used to say, "You tell the truth the way God loves it." ROLL TIDE, Bama 41, Tennessee 17.

Hey Nagoya10 :
Are you saying that MG owners have bigger saki cups ?. Gee if that is the case them howitzer boys must have huge saucers..... can you picture the Little Mermaid with a pair of saki cups instead of sea-shells ?, ole Dolly Parton would rate artillery size cups for sure. No wonder her feet never grew in the shadow of so much greatness ! :))

Who sponsored the survey? Ummm ... let me guess ... had to be Stroh's Brewing Corp.

This eval summed up OM the best:
"Another favorite of poor students, and the trailer park crowd. It is better than many of its genre, but still has that cheap thin taste that makes you wish you were finished with school and had a job. Try it with a slice of lime stuffed in the can, you will think you have a Tecate or a Corona."

Only limp wristed sake cup collectors drink "light" beer. Another wife or girlfriend pleasing thing, I'm sure. Here's what we have going now out here in the form of "manly beers"! Got to be careful though - at 6.7%, a few of these will lay you out! Mighty tasty! :)

I've drunk many brands in my day, don't remember what it was at Bama, but it was a pry off top, learned that the hard way one night when I had several too many and tried to push one off with my thumb, grooved thumb down to the blood vessels. In Knoxville, what?, I do remember you could get Old German or the A & P brand for $.99/six pack. We'd have a party, get a couple six packs of good beer and 4-5 of A&P or Old German, by the time the good beer had run out so had the guests taste buds, then beer was beer.

In Denver it was Coors, what else, in Atlanta in was Millers, in Pittsburgh where you had to go to a beer store and buy it in bottles it was Strowes (sp.) Broke many of bottle of Stroues (still sp.) leaving it in the freezer as I staggered off to bed, moved down here and Susan liked Milwaukee's Best Light and she was a smart woman. Probably have had a total of 6-8 individual MBL's all year and two were at 03hombre's pad, the old gray stud, he ain't what he used to be.....

I think my worst "drunken injury" was about 25 years ago camping at Lake Murray in Ardmore, OK. I thought the 'ol Coleman lantern had too many dead bugs in it & needed a 'dumping'. I grabbed that knurked knob on the top & instantly branded that knurled pattern into my thumb & forefinger! Spent the rest of the evening with my hand in the ice chest!

For whatever reason I just don't like beer, or most alcohol in general for that matter. I'm just the all time designated driver. One might be fooled by the current condition of my house though (my roommate had a few buddies over last night).

Remember when WalMart used to sell the generic beer in the yellow can with "BEER" on it? Used to see the empties all over the streets, gutters and yards of the "poor" section of town all the time.

I heard the brewer moved to California and using the same formula, puts it in pretty bottles with mountains and stuff on it, charge 5X the price and sells it all day long to the "uppity" types. ;)
