Hi,
This is a US WWI vintage Gas mask bag.

Opps, I did not wait for all the photos to load, the second bag is the gas mask bag, the spring goes under the filter canister which should go in the smaller pocket if I recall correctly and the mask goes inthe larger one, I would say right and left, but the bags are often worn back ward so then it would be left or right.
As to the other bag I can not say

Absolutely certain,

the first few pictures belong to a 50s-60s Czechoslovakian breadbag, vaguely resempling the Austrian pre-war type, but smaller and different strap system. The crossed swords, anywhere you see them, are a Cz Army sign.
