I would like to identify the maker of this old shotgun:
Marked 'JC' under a crown, and 'JP'. It has a proof I cannot make out.
I am aware that the firing pins are missing. Anyone has a typical photo/drawing showing how the pins suppose to look like and how are they installed?

Pinfire Shottie.

I cant help you with any info on the maker ect. but pinfire rifles/shotties and pistols do not have fireing pins' the pins are part of the cartridge.
Nice looking old shottie by the way.
