OE WG Indicates AUSTRIAN mfr. It stands for "Ostereich Waffenfabrik Geselschaft" or Austrian Weapons Factory. Your Pic in the scabbard doesn't show the blade. I thought after the M86 Kropatschek bayonet that the M08 Mauser bayonet was next. Hilt looks interesting.
I don't have my reference materail handy, but I recognize that bayonet as a scarce Portugese piece, don't recall the model designation. It is a nice find.
