Have you carefully re-read the NRA article? I am in a business requiring documentation myself. I have also caught myself 'jumping the gun' on something only to go back to find I did not have all my facts in order due to a skimmed or hurried reading of some bit of 'news'. Every web page ever put up is out there in a database somewhere but not everyone has access to them. That IS a fact. Used to be a freeware program to dig them out but I haven't looked for or seen it advertised or offered in a couple of years. Just looked it up - it was called 'wayback'. Might still be around?
