Some fakes are collectable
I don't know of any collections, but I've been intrigued enough with the Khyber pass to look for and purchase a “Lee Enfield” from there to add to my other Lee Enfields. I have also noticed that the earlier I.O. PU replicas (fakes) seem to get a higher price than others because of the lengths taken to match the numbers of the scopes, mounts, receivers and other parts like the originals.
