My brother bought this wool army tunic and found this note in the pocket. I was hoping someone could translate it, I know its difficult to make out with all the creases and wrinkles.
I hate this style of script so hard pass from me but you should look up in the board expertise thread pinned at the top of the forum, there's some people who might take it up.
Not sure what the note was meant for but it has the owner name Sgt. Shimizu Akira, Group leader with an address in Aichi, with a poem that goes like " Our patriotism toward the country is surpassed by no one, even for us the unknown" followed by a bunch of names and their address signed by each person. Might be some kind of oath from a friends or a vet group.
