Has anyone compared the 250gr Nosler Ballistic Tip vs. the Accubond.

Just about as soon as I worked up a load for my 9.3x57 in the Ballistic tip, Nosler has discontinued it. My father and I have a little more than 100 rounds between us which should last a few years. I haven't shot a deer with one yet, he said the deer dropped dead. He loves the 9.3x57. He has two rifles, one shot the old Prvi bullets (286gr) a lot better and one the 250 gr Nosler.

Now that neither are available, I'm going to work on a replacement. I was wondering if the Accubond shot pretty much in the same place and if the bullets compared side by side were the same (I've loaded all my Ballistic Tips)?

Thanks

Jason

The Accubond shoots to the same POA as BTs for me. At least out to 100 meters. I can still hit the 18" x 20" gong at 220 meters but, I doubt I'd shoot that far hunting. I haven't used an Accubond on deer yet as I still have almost 100 BTs left. I site in with the Accubonds and am saving the BTs for deer. The BTs do drop a whitetail in it's tracks.
