Thanks to all you guys who posted for books on the 'old' boards.

This second edition is expanded from 65 pages to 113 pages. We have updated the information and included 137 pictures of which 25 are in color. There are 47 pages of tables and 8 charts two of which are in color. Soft cover with plastic laminated covers.

Thanks to the 45 guys who have asked for a copy, I no copies left from the first printing. 28 payments received and shipped. Thanks to all.
