Yeah, that IS nice. Good going. These are big money pistols now (who'd have thought that 20 years ago?). Yours looks to be about in the same condition mine is-too nice to shoot. I had to break down and buy another GI .45 that wasn't as nice so I wouldn't feel guilty shooting it.
I had one in 'Nam. Bought a COLT 1911 and a RemRand A1 when came back to world in 69 for $50 each. In college and sold both for the same amount ($50) a few months later when hard up for $$$...you can always pick up another 45 for $50, right????
