First I want to thank all of you who have bought or reserved one of these books.

The response has been great, I had no idea we would sell out this quickly, or even at all.


Details on the book are:
This second edition is expanded from 65 pages to 113 pages. We have updated the information and included 137 pictures of which 25 are in color. There are 47 pages of tables and 8 charts two of which are in color. Soft cover with plastic laminated covers.

Very impressed with it, though I have a copy of the first edition and supplement, this is a greatly appreciated resource. Also the new layout is impressive.
