It is not hard to show a given rifle is an ex-sniper. Often the paperwork at purchase will show it. Take extensive pictures which include the key areas and the serial number in the same picture. You can also post it here and then print the thread. The proper Cn or CH on a Tula helps as does the scope number on an Izhevsk.
