That's a Spike's tactical "Zombie" Killer lower receiver. I assume the red & white paint isn't standard. I injected glow in the dark green paint into the Zombie etching on a build I did for one of my troops. Also put on one of Spike's laser etched "Zombie Killer" ejection port covers. Next up is Bio-Hazard and Punisher build.
