I Have a chance to buy a 1943 m/39 sky and a 1899 m/91 tula imperial with the finn sa mark, What would the value be on these guns both have the cleaning rods in them.

Condition is, as they say, everything. Matching? Finish? Bore? Pix if possible.

99 Tula. If it has handguard, not scrubbed, and crisp markings - from $225 to $300 in general but some have gone for more on auctions. May be worth a little more to buy local and save on shipping and transfer.

I have not been following M39 prices.

JB25 just bought a 1941 VKT and a 1942 VKT M39 for $229 each that he posted on 7.62X54R.net. I wouldn't think a 1943 SKY would be a lot more.

Value is relative when buying. As a buyer, I try to low ball everything, so I never pay market value if I can help it. How much is the asking price? Folks here will tell you if it is high or low.

Thanks for the info, I bought the m/39sky & m/91 today for $225.00 both have matching #s on barrel and bolt, If my son comes home this weekend I will get him to post some pic,s...

The last M39 SKY I sold went for $280 with a repaired wrist crack just over a year ago. I sold an 1898 Tula M91 a few months back for $300.
