I have never seen one like this. Please help!
4.5 Inch barrel, All matching numbers, with the serial number stamped in each flute on the cylinder. A crest on the left side of the frame forward of the cylinder appears to Luxembourg, with Crown/L proofs on the back of the cylinder along with Belgian proofs. Swiss plastic grips......
