Were any 8mm Nambu pistols originally nickel plated? And if so whats the ballpark going price for one in very good condition?
any help greatly appreciated.

The nickel plated Nambus are not original, but done by GI's after the war (sometimes in Japan). A year ago, some member was sold the story of these being sidearms of the Imperial Gaurd!! They are not, and should be avoided unless it strikes your fancy. Add pearl handle or ivory grips for the ultimate 'Retro-Pimp Gun'.

There has been a nickel plated Nambu T-14 at some Kansas gunshows this summer. serial No. is buffed until it is unreadable. 19.7 date is barely readable. "Officer's Modell". Does have a good magazine in it.
