I am in posession of a nice looking Nambu Type 14. Dated 15.7 ( July 1940 ? ) Serial # 80502 which "502" is on the trigger, bolt, bolt cocking piece and on the magazine. The bore is excellent, very bright. There may be very minor pitting but hard to see. Over all finish I'd call 75-80% maybe better to some.
I plan to post it in the trader but can't find enough info on it's value. I do have a sealed box of 25 rounds of "reloaded ammo. I have no idea who or when they were loaded. It is marked on the bottom "102 gr. FMJ" "3.5 Gr. Unique" "New Brass" "25 Rounds" . Shooter beware! ( Not on the box, MY statement! ) I can post a pic of the ammo if you like.

Here are a few pics.

Based on what I saw at the last weekend AGCA show (four T 14s,) yours would fall in the $600-700 range. One Jessee James would ask $795 or thereabouts for yours, but he is always high. I don't believe any sold. I've bought several at the Tulsa show in the past in the $450 to $600 range, In my WAE (E= estimation) an average mm large TG unless 95% + is not worth over $600. Keep in mind I'm not a Nambu "specialist" and I use them strung on a line for a boat anchor.

Looks to me like the grips must have been replaced.
They went to the 17 groove grip in Dec 1939 (14.12)

Large trigger with fine pitting or corrosion as seen in the picture, will not be a quick sell; shooter for $350 plus/ or minus?
