Hey all,

I finally got a job after a long search and decided to congratulate myself with a new Japanese rifle. I found this one on gunbroker and immediately fell in love with it. I love its "been there, done that" look and the price was right as i was just looking for something to be a shooter.

Anyway, i do have a question as to the series stamp. can anybody make it out? I'm thinking it looks kind of like a poorly struck series 2 mark, but i can't tell. It's in transit and should be here next week.

very cool. thanks for the info. the Japanese stuff is not my strong suit but i do appreciate it just as much as the European stuff
